In this work, I am living for 24 hours in a house-shaped set piece. The meadow around me has become an endless stage for one day and one night. Above it is the sky, which starts sunny and slowly turns into a dark blanket.
The lonely seclusion of the house contrasts with its public visibility due to the lack of walls. I am available to everyone, but there is no one around me. In the background you see everyday life, cars and trucks driving by, but I withdraw from that.
Despite that, this work is about the relationship I have with others. On the one hand, it questions why I distance myself from people, but on the other hand, this work has made me realize what my own fear has been in this subject and what mistakes I have made myself.
This work created a level of personal insight that I could not have experienced in any other way.
